Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

I have a requirement to charge rent based on 12% of gross sales or 100 USD per sq m, whichever is higher. This needs to be done every six months.

Please let me know any way we can achieve this ..
