How to change timezone displayed on the user interface in BIP 10.1.3.4.2

Hi Expert
Now In my 10.1.3..4.2 environment,(an OBIEE integrated environment)

the report timezone shows as Mountain Time
I want to change it from Mountain Time to Tokyo,In preferences,I changed report Locale to Japan and timezone to Japan Standard Time
But the timezone still show as Mountain Time.Could you tell me how to resolve the issue
