Migrate or export journal attachments

Hi,

A customer did migrate from Oracle 11i to Peoplesoft 9.0 this year. They also want to migrate the journal attachments from Oracle to Peoplesoft. The question is if this is possible and how this can be done.

If it cannot be done they would like to know where the attachments are stored and if they can be fetched from the database all at once (dump/export)?
