payment rounding difference in dollars (not cents) !!

hi Gurus,

i see a payment accounting (paying foreign currency invoice) having round difference of few dollars.  any idea how this could be possible ?

system calcualtes accounted/functional amount incorrectly (not matching when multiplied with exchange rate) and records the difference of few dollars to rounding account.
