Information displayed on Menu Navigation Trees Affected Detail is wrong

Hi Experts

On 12.1.3 Patch Wizard, my CT checked the information on Menu Navigation Trees of patch 19018023,

but found the number of responsibilities and users was wrong.

Some responsibilities are not displayed , and the number of users is not correct.

He ran adadmin ->  Maintain Applications Files menu -> Maintain snapshot information -> Maintain snapshot information -> Update Complete APPL_TOP successfully, but the result was also wrong.

Can you give me any advice.
