Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Japanese letters formatting issue in PDF output

Hi,

I have few static texts in Japanese that need to be displayed in report output. (It's an RTF template)

Fonts used in RTF template for Japanese letters - MS PMincho Regular.

I understand that for PDF output, if source font is not found then default font will be applied.

I'm fine with whatever the target default font that gets applied in my output.

The problem is, these static Japanese texts are formatted to "bold" in template but in output, font-weight "bold" is not getting applied.

It works in all other output formats except PDF.

It would be very helpful if you could let me know the solutions.
