How to transalate "GL Trial balance" request to Arabic output

Dear Collegues,

i would like to execute the "GL trial balance" report and get the output in Arabic language rather than English

please advise what steps should i check and what should i do to get the expected output.

Note:

No translation done before

Actual EBS version 12.0.6

OS: windows 2003 server (32 bit)

database version 11g
