Purchasing Form Personalization to enable/disable View Document using Builtin Launch Function

I want to enable/disable View Document functionality in Purchase Order status screen using form personalization Builtin Launch Function, but the due to incorrect syntax the view document function is not called properly to show the PDF. Could you please let me know the correct syntax to pass parameters in the launch function.
