Create a Report and send mail

Hi,

I have a requirement to send an email with the values of fields that were entered in a form applet.

I have to send email with the values in the email or with the values in the word or pdf file and attach that file to the email.

We have around 40 fields, so its very difficult to setup workflow policies to send email, so I prefer BI Publisher.

But I haven't got any knowledge on the Reports administration.

I just want to know, are we able to do this using BI Reports.

If yes, can you please give me any resource for this.
