Failed to lookup Fee Configuration - AAWS SOLA

Hello All,

We are trying to implement the AAWS feature and are testing everything with SOLA (Sample Online Application). We can create a user, create an application, save an application, and get an application so far. When we click "Next Page" to move to the Submit section an error pops up saying, "Failed to lookup Fee Configuration". Our university doesn't require any application fees for any academic career. We have set this property in Set Up SACR>Product Related>Recruiting and Admisssions>Applicants>Application Center Table under  AAWS Application Fee and Waiver Processing.

Why woould SOLA be giving this error if we do not require a fee for applicants?
