Changing the Enterprise Server name after workbench done

Hi All,

Can anyone please guide me that is it possible to change enterprise server hostname in oracle linux after platform pack installation and workbench completion.

JDE E1 9.1/9.1.4.5 on Oracle Linux 6 with Oracle 11G Database.

anyone please also suggest in details to install deployment server on Windows Hyper-V is reliable or better to install on physical machine.
