Unable to find Oracle Composer in JDeveloper 11g

Hi,

I am new to this . was following this Creating a WebCenter Application with a Customizable Page

to get a runtime design page setup for Webcenter application. I have installed all the webcenter extension in my Jdev 11.1.1.7.0  from "check for update".

Unfortunately I couldn't see the "Webcenter application" option in

Step 1: Create a Custom WebCenter Application

and no Oracle Composer tab in the component palatte in

Step 5: Add Oracle Composer to the Page to Enable Customization

Can someone point me to the direct link/direction?
