Percentage measures get rounded down, losing decimal points

I am using RPAS 14.0.1, with Fusion Client.When opening a workbook, percentage measures (real type, recalc , percentage style) are calculated correctly. However, editing that value and pressing Calculate make them round down to the nearest hundred. For example, a measure might be calculated to be 42.87%. Entering the value 50% makes it go down to 0. Entering 250% makes it go to 200%. Similarly, entering -150% makes it go up to -100%
