Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Am unable to create a Transaction Source in AR with Error :

Setup-Transaction---Transaction Source----

Am getting the below error.. Please advise

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
