hi  Team,

I have done 11.2.0.4 fresh installtion for standalone  database.I  need to apply July  PSU.Could you please the correct PSU number?  I am confused with the patch number . Database 11.2.0.4 SPU Patch 18681862, or  Database 11.2.0.4.3 PSU Patch 18522509, or  GI 11.2.0.4.3 PSU Patch 18706472, . Could you please tell me which  one I need to apply?

Already  I tried to apply GI 11.2.0.4.3 PSU Patch 18706472 and got the below error
