BI Publisher crashes frequently

We have the BI Publisher integrated with Primavera to run the reports via P6 as well.The BI Publisher services are going down frequently causing the application to crash.
Hence on both the ends BIP and P6 the reports are not accessible.Moreover sometimes when I run a report that has large number of rows the service goes down.Do we need

to make some changes in configuration ?

I've attached the logs as well.I'll appreciate if anyone can analyse the logs and let me know if anything can be done.
