I need to understand Bug 10891973 : RETROACTIVE PAY FUNCTION CREAT - SAR: 7698333. How it works ?

Under Step to Duplicate Region -

7. a) When running the same process but uncheck - no hours on timecards, on the retro pay form, then you get hours and rate in the timecards.

Here we would like to know whether lumpsum amount should be populated or not ?

Another concern -

If there future dated time cards available for an Employee in F06116 then when we process retro - Should those time cads be picked ?
