Forms Personalization : How are Launch A Function parameters registered in EBS

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are on Oracle EBS R12.1.3

I am creating a forms personalization Rule Action.

I have selected Type=Builtin, Function Code=WIP_INVTVTXN (Function Name = View WIP Material Transactions).

This function is linked to the Form INVTVTXN.

When I am clicking the Add Parameterbutton, the LOV is showing 3 records only - MODULE, HELP_TARGET and QUERY_ONLY, along with Sample Values.

I am loaded the INVTVTXN.fmb is Forms Developer. There are more than 3 parameters. (Please see attached screenshot).

I would like to know on what basis Forms Personalization form is selecting the 3 parameters that it is displaying in the LOV, and where is it getting the Sample Values from.
