What is the migration plan from a 12.1.3 EBS/11.2.0.3 Enterprise Server running on RHEL5 32-bix Linu

I am in the process of planning a migration from a 12.1.3 EBS/11.2.0.3 Enterprise Server running on RHEL5 32-bit Linux to 12.1.3 EBS/12.1.0.1 Enterprise Server running on RHEL6 64-bit Linux.  I found a document:  734763.1 Using Transportable Database to migrate E-Business Suite R21 Using Oracle Datababase 10gR2 or 11gR1 that explains how to migrate uing transportable in 11g.  Is there a similar document that describes how to migrate EBS 12.1.3 using 12.1.0.1?  Or can you tell me how the steps might be different in this scenario?
