High IO latency?

Is this something to be concerned about? Is it really possible that these #s are accurate (51 minutes to complete a single write and 90 seconds to complete a single read!)? I'm getting #s like these for a few of the tempfiles in my database. It's also happening on some of the datafiles but not nearly as severe. It started after the storage was changed from EMC to Netapp.

I suspect I have a serious problem but would appreciate someone else's input just to be sure I'm not overlooking something. What do other folks see for these MAXIO numbers?

SELECT  file#, AVGIOTIM , LSTIOTIM , MAXIORTM , MAXIOWTM
