Siebel OpenUI attachment upload error

Hi,

After Siebel upgrade to OpenUI version 8.1.1.11.8 attachment upload don't work anymore.

For example, the problem occures when trying to upload the file in Correspondence Templates view either via New File button or Menu->New Record->Add Attachment.

The following message from webpage pop-ups:
"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser window, and try logging in again."

This functionality works on fat client, but not on thin client on Internet Explorer 10.

Also, the isssue can be replicatad on a vanilla Siebel 8.1.1.11 Patchset 8 with no customization.

Any suggestion what could we try to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
