Can you use MSCA to issue material to a work order?

On 12.1. Currently use MSCA in inventory and wip. Now looking to utilize in our eAM organization to issue material from the shelf to the work order. Is that possible? I see that there is functionalty on devices with web browsers but we are using intermec ck30's
