DBAs based on hours are not coming through to journal with union code

Running 9.0  Tools  9.1.4

We have union elective deductions (method of calc is Hours) and they are NOT coming through to the journal with the Union number. Credit liabilities are set to AAI are set to *Union

We have the following set up.

  • Elective  deduction set at the employee level  with override flag set to 'No' and union code assigned on the employee DBA level
  • Deduction set at the Group Plan level with the override flag set to No
  • Have tested  EE override flag set to Yes, Group Plan override flag  set to N
  •                      EE override flag set to NO  Group Plan Override flag set to Yes
