Transferring All Tasks or All Inclusive Task Views using OMW issue

Hi, We want to promote the Menu from DV to PY. We are following steps mentioned in the document "E1: OMW: Transferring All Tasks or All Inclusive Task Views using Object Management Workbench (P98220) (Doc ID 645616.1)."

But it is not showing the menu in PY environment.

Do we need to deploy the project to PY OR any additional set up is required.
