Depot Repair - Visions Database - Error Generate Jobs has failed.

We are getting this message when 'Submitting A Job" from the "Repair Jobs" tab on the Repair Workbench. We have made no changes to profiles or setup but still receiving this error. I have checked the Support knowledge base which suggests the issue is caused by the Sub Inventory Routing setting - these are blank as per the recommendation on
