E1 Pages: ZIP file not getting created

Hi, I have a Q on E1 Page Generator. I was using a laptop till last week on which E1 Page generator was working fine and zip file was getting creating all right, for E1 Pages.

Now, I got a replacement laptop. As a part of data backup, I copied the E1 Page Generator folder as well which had all the DAT and ZIP files I had for E1 pages created by me. I then downloaded an existing .zip file for an E1 page (from P982400) - attached (unzip it for dat file as unable to attach dat file here), made some changes, saved in dat file in correct location in E1 Page generator folder and tried recreating the E1 page. After clicking on "generatePages" bat file, it took 1-2 seconds for the process to be
