Showing billing term double of lease term

Hi All,

I have created lease, frequency : Monthly and defined term amount of 120,000.00 and finalize. When i check Billing terms in Authorize Billings, there is showing two lines of 120,000.00 in each period. Total is showing 240,000.00.
