starting crs in exclusive mode to restore ocr

Hello,

In case of restoring ocr on asm diskgroup we need to start up crs exclusively but in case if ASM diskgroup crashes and we need to restore ocr how we are going to do in that case

Even if we start up crs in exclusive mode it would try to bring up asm which will fail so how can we use ocrconfig -restore while crs is down

Secondly ,do we also need to use command crsctl replace votedisk '+G' for this?

Additionally,are there any scenarios where asm becomes incompatible with crs or veritas cluster may be ?What's the use of rdbms.compatible  parameter in asm  spfile.let's assume that database compatible parameter is 11.2.0 and in asm spfile rdbms.compatible is 10.2.0 how it can impact the functionality/fetures usage in database?
