'EAI File Transport', method 'Send' at step 'Create File'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

Hi,

We are doing an inbound message/s which is attached to the service request. We’ve tested this in our local machine and it was working. Now, we have a problem why the attachment functionality is not working as expected. We are using linux server. And we checked as well the permission on linux server and it has read/write permission. The error we encountered is shown below:

Error invoking service 'EAI File Transport', method 'Send' at step 'Create File'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

File could not be created as the directory specified for the file creation is not valid.(SBL-EAI-50228)


Any idea/suggestion to check why the file is not created.
