Error while doing 2nd reciving (Inspection) -APP-PO-14142 distribution_details-10 : ORA-01403 no dat

Hi Team

There is a Planned PO , for which releases have been approved.

While receiving from expected receipts , it is getting received .

Now same PO while going for 2nd level receinvg ( Receiving Transaction), the transaction goes to error.

Following error comes

APP-PO-14142 distribution_details-10 : ORA-01403 no data found

Any pointers ??
