Automate changing Depot Repair Ship line

Hi Team,

I need your guidance on the below requitrement as there muxt be some standard solution for it. Following is the requirement :

Actually Currently business is investing lot of manual efforts/ time in updating the ship line status of a Repair number. Ship line status is being changed from ‘Released’ to ‘Shipped’ and Repair Status line status changes to ‘Closed’. "Customer wants to automate this process i.e For all shipments made the prior day, ship line logistics status should be ‘shipped’ and the respective repair number should be closed"

Further I asked the following on which they confirmed
