Planning Data Forms - Column Widths do not migrate

We are setting custom column widths on Planning Data Forms for specific columns, but find that these do no migrate either through LCM or the command line tool.

When we look at the XML file that is extracted from LCM or the command line, there is not a reference to the custom column widths we are setting.

You can see in the XML file that is has the width for all columns, but in the specific columns (or segments as the XML refers to them), there is no reference to the custom width we set within Planning.

We know that there are issues migrating this property, and we are OK with a work around, so what I really want to do know is:
