Trying to open an Oracle report I ran and keep getting Exception name: java.lang.NullPointerExceptio

When I click on a report saved in the Report Repository, by selecting the xml output, I keep getting the Exception name: java.lang.NullPointerException.  No one else is having this issue.  I have cleaned out my cache files, made sure my Excel settings are setup correctly.  What else could be causing an issue?
