Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. For R770631C, ROE Print Error Reporting for Canadian Payroll, what does the error message "No qualifying EI record found" mean?

We are testing the ROE process. The user got this error message, but the record was still created in the ROE XML file.
