Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

From the Service Request tab, I choose Export to Excel (XLS) and get an unrecognized file format

I'd like to export a list of SRs to an excel spreadsheet. There is an option for that, but it gives me a file called SR saved as type "all files".  How can I make this work?
