Telesales e-business centre, cannot able to update payment term in customer account details creation

Hi,

while creating customer account details in Telesales e-business centre, cannot able to update payment term, please refer to uploaded screenshots. Also in quotation screen i am getting only two option in payment terms 30 days and immediate, need to show all the available payment terms created in receivables.
