Has anyone implemented Case web services?
Has anyone successfully used any of the RC_CASE web services to create or update cases via a 3rd party system? Is there any documentation other than in the PeopleSoft Call Center Applications - Integrating a Case with Third-Party Systems peoplebook? The documentation there is quite sparse.
Use case: We would like to write a script/widget/etc. that a field agent could run locally on a customer's machine, gather data specific to that workstation, and then append it to an existing case as a note or create a new case and append as a note (presumably using a web service).
