SLM - Notes in FYI notifications

Hi,

We are sending FYI notifications using AME for new supplier registration requests. We will like to have the comments entered by the requestor in the registration request to be visible to approvers/FYI notification recipients. Is this feasible? This will help in communicating some additional information internally about suppliers within the organizations, especially to FYI recipients through the notification medium. Is there a workaround or bug or ER logged?
