Tax line in PO - 12.1.3

Hi,

We have setup EB tax to calculate % based off states for Purchasing and Payables. When a PO is created, tax gets calculated automatically based on the EB tax setup. The requirement now is to add tax as a line on the PO due to some specific conditions. I am not sure if this can be done. If I add a new line type (Tax), it would be duplicating the tax amount calculated on the PO. Can we create PO with item line and tax line where tax is calculated automatically?
