Need Oracle document id for Specific Property vs parent properties

Dear All,

I need the the Oracle Inventory Document id, where we can find the specific functionality Over write the Parenet functionality.

Example. Suppose In the Organization level I define, Receipt Routing -- Inspection Require and On the Item level for specif item I defined  Receipt Routing -- Direct.

when ever I receipt for specific item it will go to delivery without Inspection.

Simlaty on Supplier level and Transation level. I need Docuement id.
