How f98owsec&f98owpu got corrupt?

Hi experts,

we have build and deploy a new full package on DV (with error, bsfn, sintaxis , warning, error, .err, ..so on..) but doubt is following:

1_are there a way, this package installed could turn corrupt security tables such as f98owsec, f98owpu ?

2_I means are there way this security tables turn corrupt by build/deploy a package with error?

3_are there a conection between an package error and security table?

we could login with this spec installed, and notice system user turn corrupt
