Hi Experts,

customer has following error:

Ora-28000:the account is locked

our main doubt is the following:

1_how could it happen?, nobody update nothing!, dba doesn't touch nothing, rarely cos it suddenly happen, and nobody know the reason, where to look for?....

2_Maybe it happend after kernel recicled?initialized

3_pre settting in kernel properties?
