No permission to modify WebADI Layout

Hi All,

I'm not sure if I post my question in the correct place, please let me know if I'm not .

I want to upload Asset with Accumulated Depreciation amount and I can not find it in the default template fo both of defaulted and detail format.

I've added the function to FA menu but I got the following message,

"Please resolve the following error to continue.

You do not have permission to access this functionality."

Could you advice me how to resolve this problem, thank you very much
