Concurrent requests show "INACTIVE, NO MANAGER" when launched

Hello,

We recently cloned two instances with RapidClone process and after the process was done we observed that some requests show  INACTIVE, NO MANAGER.

We used the note "What To Do If A Concurrent Request Is Inactive With No Manager Status? (Doc ID 1311526.1)" and there are no specialization rules, managers are up and running OK and we have also re-created the concurrent request queue view for concurrent managers.

Also, we tried excluding the request from the "Standard Manager" and included it on another one with no luck.

I attach some file.

Please advice me!
