Transfer of cost between two capital projects belonging to different OUs and BG

Hi,

I have some capital Expenditure Cost belonging to one Capital Project in an OU and I want to transfer the same to another Capital Project in another OU.

But I go to Expenditure -->Tools --> Transfer

I do not see the Capital Project of another OU in the LOV.

Please advice how I can do this.
