Once a work order is created, can I know which Planned Order was released as this WO, and on what da

We have a work order created but not released. When we go to the record history, we can see the username but thhat user did not create the work order. Can it happen that these work orders were created from ASCP? If yes, why is the username shown in the record history? Is it a standard functionality?

Also, Once a work order is created, can I know which Planned Order was released as this WO, and on what date?
