Hi, Need Help for Steps for HFM Copy App & Schema Upgrade utility from HFM 9.3.1 to 11.1.1.3

Already done with Copy Utility now need steps for Schema UPgarde have fresh Istallation for HFM 11.1.1.3 do we need to creat a application first before starting the schema upgrade.
