Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 11.5.10.2 : Checking for Application Tier Version (32bit or 64 bit)

The running OS and DB tier is 64 bit version. I would like to check for application tier as well. Thanks

It is because the target patch (9774858) to apply is only available with 32 bit version.
