Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. SBL-EAI-04184 Error when inserting through inbound interface

Hi Guys,

when I was testing the inbound interface I upped the wf log and saw that an error occured

SBL-EAI-04184

No inserts are allowed in Integration Component 'Order Entry - Line Items'.(SBL-EAI-04184).

When I searched the web it says to change from web service 1.0 to 2.0 where can I find this web service and how do i change it?

I'm also open to other suggestion to solve this since i'm still not sure if doing this would resolve my issue.
