Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to assamble, build and deploy a new full package to dv910, but with spec, object of py910?

I means, I want to install a new full apckage to dv910 environment but with spec ofpy910 environment
